Time : 7:00 - 4:00 pm (3 days)
Venue: Dr. Avenilo P. Aventura Hall
REQUIREMENTS: Photocopy and original copy of current PRC License Certificate
Registration Fee : Two Thousand Pesos (P2,000.00)
Credit Units: ANSAP / PRC: 18 Units (didactic) 12 Units (practicum)

Announcements: Date for submission of requirements is the date for online pre-enlistment. Applicants should report to the DNER within 3 days from on-line enlistment for verification of PRC Card prior to payment and pre-registration.

August 4 to 6, 2009 - TBA
October 21 to 23, 2009 - TBA
November 10 to 12, 2009 -TBA
