Registration Fee:Effective November of 2008, the registration fee for the IV Therapy Training Program will increase to Php. 2,000 from the original Php. 1,600.

Hi! I'm Joy, 20 y/o, I had my BSN degree in UST last March. I'm a June 2008 Board passer. I don't have my license card yet, it will be released on Nov. 27. I would like to know if the license card is required for the training? or can I present my certificate of passing instead? I really wanted to have my IV therapy training this year. Can you give me the contact number in PHC where I could inquire about the training? Thanks!
ReplyDeletehi, we just passed this june board 2008, but we don't have the license until november 23..is it ok if we bring the certificate of passing instead? just to comply with the requirements. we really want to attend the sept.29 application for oct 8-10 schedule or the november 12-14 schedule. please reply po! thanks. ü
